General Terms and Conditions (GTC) - 20.12.2024

  1. Scope
    These GTC apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) via the Frankustika online shop.

  2. Contractual Partner
    The purchase contract is concluded with Frankustika Dedaj and Reinhold GbR, represented by the managing partner Alfred Dedaj, Egidienstr. 125, 91058 Erlangen, Germany.

  3. Conclusion of Contract
    The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but an invitation to order. By clicking the order button, you submit a binding order for the goods in the shopping cart. The confirmation of receipt of the order is sent immediately after the order is submitted and does not yet constitute acceptance of the contract. We can accept your order by sending an order confirmation by email or by delivering the goods within two days.

  4. Right of Withdrawal
    Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal for 14 days. For more information about the right of withdrawal, please refer to our withdrawal policy.

  5. Prices and Shipping Costs
    The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components. Additional shipping costs may apply, which will be clearly indicated during the ordering process.

  6. Delivery
    Delivery is made only within the European Union to the delivery address provided by you. Delivery time is 3–7 business days unless otherwise specified.

  7. Payment
    The following payment methods are available:

  • Credit Card: Your credit card will be charged upon completion of the order.
  • PayPal: Pay the invoice amount via the online provider PayPal.
  • Instant Bank Transfer: We receive the transfer confirmation immediately.
  • Prepayment: When choosing prepayment, we will provide you with our bank details in the order confirmation.

  1. Retention of Ownership
    The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

  2. Warranty
    The statutory warranty provisions apply.

  3. Liability
    We are fully liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, or health that are based on an intentional or negligent breach of duty by us or our agents. For other damages, we are only liable in cases of willful misconduct and gross negligence.

  4. Dispute Resolution
    The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which can be accessed at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
    We are not willing to participate in an out-of-court arbitration procedure.

  5. Final Provisions
    Should any provision of these GTC be invalid, the remainder of the contract remains valid. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision.
