How can I order from Frankustika?
You can place your order directly through our online shop:
1. Select product and add to cart
2. Enter personal data, payment and shipping method
3. Complete the order by clicking on “order with payment”
4. Receipt of an order confirmation by email

In our online shop you can pay safely and conveniently using the following payment methods:

After selecting the desired payment method, the amount will be debited either directly or after invoicing, depending on the provider.
Shipping & Delivery
Which countries does Frankustika deliver to?
We deliver throughout the European Union. If you are outside the EU, please contact us. We will find a solution there too.
How long does delivery take?
The current delivery time is 3-10 days as our acoustic elements are individually manufactured. If you need a specific delivery date, please contact us before ordering.
How much are the shipping costs?
Free shipping within Germany.
Shipping costs outside Germany will be shown to you during checkout.
Which shipping service providers does Frankustika use?
Delivery is via DHL. We use the DHL GoGreen service. As soon as your package has been sent, you will receive a tracking number to track the shipment.
Are partial deliveries possible?
If not all items are available for immediate delivery, we can make partial deliveries. This will not incur any additional shipping costs for you.
Can I pick up my order myself?
Yes, after prior arrangement, collection in Fürth is possible, especially for larger orders or project business.
What happens if my shipment cannot be delivered?
If a shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information or multiple delivery attempts, we reserve the right to charge the cost of redelivery.
Do I have to check the goods upon receipt?
Yes, please check your delivery immediately upon receipt. If you notice any damage or errors, contact us immediately so that we can find a solution.
Return & Cancellation
Can I return my order?
Yes, you have a 30-day right of return.
What are the conditions for returns?
• The item must be unused, undamaged, complete and in its original packaging.
• If present, original labels or protective films must be intact.
• Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) is required.
How does the return work?
1. Send us an email to audio@frankustika.de with your order number.
2. If your return is accepted, you will receive a return label and further instructions.
3. After receipt and inspection of the goods, the refund will be made to your original payment method.
Which items are excluded from return?
• Individually manufactured acoustic elements (e.g. with your own motif or logo).
• Vouchers.
How long does the refund take?
After we inspect your return, we will process your refund within 10 business days. If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
Is there a legal right of withdrawal?
Yes, for orders within the EU you have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Does Frankustika offer acoustic solutions for larger projects?
Yes, we support companies, restaurants, offices, schools, studios and event rooms with tailor-made room acoustics solutions.
In which cities do you offer acoustic solution projects?
We implement our projects throughout the metropolitan region of Nuremberg, Erlangen and Fürth as well as in other cities in Franconia, including Würzburg, Bayreuth, Bamberg, Coburg, Schweinfurt, Ansbach, Hof, Aschaffenburg, Kulmbach and Kitzingen.
We also manage projects outside of Franconia in cities such as Ingolstadt, Regensburg, Amberg and Munich.
How does a project business work?
1. Consultation – We analyze your premises and requirements.
2. Concept development – development of an individual acoustic solution.
3. Quotation creation – We will send you a detailed quotation including project terms and conditions.
4. Production & Delivery – Custom manufacturing and delivery.
5. Optional: Assembly & fine-tuning.
Do different terms and conditions apply to projects?
Yes, separate terms and conditions apply for project business, which are sent with the offer.
Can I order individual acoustic elements with a logo or design?
Yes, we offer the possibility of producing individually printed acoustic elements with company logos, designs or special motifs.
