Frankustika: Erlangen-based start-up for innovative acoustic solutions

With its founding year of 2024, the company Frankustika from Erlangen is one of the region's very young startups. It was born "out of the desire to enhance spaces not only acoustically but also visually," as Alfred Dedaj, one of the two founders, explains. From Erlangen and a branch office in Fürth, the young company manages projects throughout Franconia.

The elements developed and supplied by Frankustika are intended to create pleasant room acoustics in places like restaurants, band rehearsal rooms, offices, or private living rooms. However, according to Dedaj, they are meant to be more than just pure technology; they should also set accents in visual room design. For example, sound absorbers appear visually like works of art. At the same time, the company emphasizes regionality: "Almost all materials consciously come from Franconia, as does the production of our products."

Frankustika develops and implements room acoustics solutions for offices, restaurants, education, health, home and studio. The aim is to create rooms that function better in everyday life: greater intelligibility, quieter processes and a harmonious feeling of space - from standard solutions that can be ordered directly to project implementation.

Founding team

Frankustika was founded by Alfred Dedaj (Erlangen) and Tim Reinhold (Herzogenaurach). The aim: room acoustics at a high level – suitable for the room, use, budget and general conditions.
