Shipping and Delivery Terms

1. Delivery Area
   We deliver exclusively to addresses within the European Union. Deliveries outside this area are currently not possible.

2. Shipping Costs
   Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the ordering process and depend on the delivery address, weight, and dimensions of the ordered products.
   For orders over €150, shipping within Germany is free of charge.

3. Delivery Time
   Unless otherwise stated, delivery times are 3–7 business days from receipt of payment. If products have different delivery times, we will ship the order in a single delivery unless otherwise agreed.

4. Shipping Carrier
   Delivery is handled by our partner, DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your shipment.

5. Partial Deliveries
   If not all items in an order are immediately available, we may make partial deliveries as long as it is reasonable for you. No additional shipping costs will be incurred for partial deliveries.

6. Non-Deliverability
   If a delivery cannot be made due to incorrect address information or repeated absence, we reserve the right to charge the costs for a reshipment.

7. Self-Pickup
   For larger orders, self-pickup is possible by prior arrangement.

8. Inspecting the Goods Upon Delivery
   Please inspect the goods upon receipt for any damage. If there are visible damages to the packaging, please accept the delivery with reservation and notify us immediately so that we can address the issue.
